Wendell is the owner of 3W Fitness. He is a Cincinnati native and graduate of St. Xavier High School and St. Louis University. A former Division 1 track athlete and a current rugby player for the Cincinnati Wolfhounds, he brings a deep understanding of how strength, movement, and practical training translate directly to your life. As a husband and father, he believes deeply in incorporating fitness into your lifestyle. His fitness approach is simple and powerful: with consistency and hard work you can build strength and longevity to live a happier, healthier life!
