STEP 4

SET UP APPOINTMENT

  • The nurse practitioner will send availability for a telehealth call after one-time $50 fee is received.

  • After the telehealth (good faith exam) is completed, one of the TGOD team members will contact you to schedule your appointment to come in!

Please note that there is a one-time consultation fee of $50 for our medical services, this does not apply to skincare services.

the $50 fee will be applied to the cost of your initial service. (medical weight loss program not included).
